The Special Education Information System is a web-based system that allows centralized, online access for writing IEPs, managing Special Ed data, CASEMIS reporting, and service tracking.
SEIS collects and stores all information for:
- Demographic Information
- CASEMIS
- Table C Discipline
- IEP
- DRDP
- Service Delivery
- Progress Reporting
Service Providers can edit IEP forms, DRDPs and Progress Reports, 24/7 from any device with internet access.
Data is linked between the SEIS Student Record and the IEP, with the ability to integrate data between SEIS and your district's SIS.
Multiple goal banks are available in SEIS, including:
- ACSA / CARS+
- AuSpLan Goals
- BASICS Goals
- CSHA Goals
- Ropes Goals
- SEACO Goals
- ELD Goals
- SELPA wide custom goal bank
- Teacher's personal goal bank
With centralized storage of data, all student history can be transferred from district to district, SELPA to SELPA, following students as they move.
With the built in CASEMIS error check errors are found and corrected in real time.
The report generator can be used to generate custom reports on over 100 fields, and results can be:
- Printed
- Downloaded
- Saved
- Shared
SEIS.org is used by over 900 California school districts and counting.
